James Hallworth is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Evergreen Hospitality Consultancy, and an accomplished hospitality professional with nearly two decades of diverse experience. James began his career operationally within retail outlets, conference centers, and private members clubs, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in hospitality management.
Career Highlights:
- Hotel Sales and PR: Worked with Mason Rose, representing multiple international luxury hotels to the UK market, honing his skills in hotel sales and public relations.
- Corporate Sales Management: Held corporate sales management roles within Millennium Hotels & Resorts and The Doyle Collection, where he developed expertise in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
- Consultancy and Launches: Played a key role in launching the Rogue City Hotel Group and consultancy firm Essential Hotel Management while working with property investor Henley Plc.
- Boutique Hotels and FTSE 100 Companies: Accumulated extensive experience working with boutique hotels, representation agencies, business consultancies, and FTSE 100 companies.

Initially starting her career as an artist, Sophie discovered her passion for hospitality, which has since driven her extensive experience and success within the industry.

- Culinary Journey: Embarked on a culinary journey across France and Switzerland while studying, enhancing her understanding of international hospitality standards.
- Management and Expansion: Played a key role in the expansion of the Department of Coffee & Social Affairs, managing multiple sites across central London and showcasing her expertise in operations and management.
