Our role involved sourcing the perfect venue, negotiating and procuring necessary resources, and collaborating on menu development. Additionally, we devised and implemented effective social media strategies to promote the events and engage the target audience.
Results: The Pop-Up Spring Supper Clubs were a resounding success, attracting a wide audience and receiving positive feedback for the unique and health-focused dining experience. Their offerings include plant-based, gluten-free, meaty, and veggie options, catering to a diverse customer base that spans independent stockists, restaurants, and major retail outlets.
Project Details: Evergreen Hospitality Consultancy collaborated with Pieminister to launch a new stockist in Hertfordshire. Our involvement included organizing and hosting weekly Pie & Mash evenings, as well as providing private catering and event supplies.
